At Xalorra Foundation, we aim to deliver high-quality AI services through Aura by Xalorra. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, this Refund Policy explains your rights and our refund process.

  1. Subscription-Based Products For paid subscriptions to Aura (e.g. Pro plans, API tiers, or workspace features):

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, if:

You experience technical issues that cannot be resolved by support

You have not used more than 25% of your allocated usage/quota

Refunds are not available if:

You’ve used a significant portion of the service (bandwidth, tokens, or compute time)

Your account has violated our Terms of Service

You request a refund after the 7-day window

  1. One-Time Payments If you purchase a one-time feature or credit (e.g. token pack, plugin activation):

Refunds can be requested within 3 days, only if:

The product was not delivered

There was an error or double charge

Non-refundable if:

The feature has already been consumed or activated

We will review your request within 3–5 business days.

  1. Payment Methods & Timing Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method
